Data processed, purposes and retention

Contact form: name, email address and message. Purpose: answering your request (legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps). Retention: for the time needed to handle the request, then 3 years at most after the last exchange.

Invoice payment: cardholder name, invoice number(s), amount and payment outcome. Purpose: collecting and evidencing payment (performance of the contract, legal obligation). Retention: 10 years for accounting records. Card data is entered and processed by the payment provider; 440Hz SAS has no access to it and does not store it.

Customer area and invoice access: login credentials and billing data. Purpose: managing the account and the contract. Retention: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then statutory periods.

Technical server logs (IP address, date, pages requested): security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest). Retention: 12 months at most.

Recipients

Data is intended for authorised 440Hz SAS staff and its processors: payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland), email service (Google Workspace) and the site’s hosting provider. It is neither sold nor disclosed for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party trackers, so it shows no consent banner.

The site stores nothing in your browser and loads no resources from third-party services: fonts and scripts are hosted with the site.

During a payment, you are redirected to the secure page of our payment provider, which may set trackers strictly necessary for security and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@440hz.fr stating your request; we reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

Fields needed to handle your request or payment are required; otherwise we cannot act on them.

Security

440Hz SAS applies appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted exchanges, access control) to protect your data.
